Training Modes:

The training (35 PDUs) is offered in two modes – Live and Self-Paced. Both modes fulfill the mandatory 35 PDUs requirement to apply for PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification. In addition, it helps participants develop a professional and practical grasp of project management concepts, tools, and techniques aligned with PMI latest standards.

• Live Online Training: Conducted over two weekends (Saturday & Sunday), 9 AM to 5 PM (Pakistan Time) each day. 12 sessions total. The sessions are conducted virtually through Zoom.

• Self-Paced: Through pre-recorded video lectures to complete the training at your own pace, allowing participants to learn with the flexibility to manage study schedules alongside professional responsibilities.

Both training modes fulfill the mandatory 35 PDUs requirement for PMP certification.

What is Pass Surety?

Pass Surety is a training package specially designed for those participants who want a one-stop solution for PMP-exam preparation at the lowest combined cost (of training, study aids, exam simulator, mock-exams etc.), with the peace of mind to pass the exam in first attempt. And if they don’t pass in first attempt, they will not need to pay the exam re-take fee.

The ‘Pass Surety’ benefit is exclusively offered in Pakistan by AIMC.

Participants opting for this package receive the following benefits, in addition to the regular training:

• A proprietary question bank of 2200+ questions, covering all exam topics, and providing detailed explanation for each answer. The question bank provides adequate exam practice and preparation.
• 4 Full Length Mock-Exams: An exam consisting of 180 questions, to be completed in 4 Hours, simulating the actual certification exam. Test-takers must score 80% to be considered as ‘Ready for the Actual Exam’. If a test-taker fails to achieve 80% score in one mock-exam, they will need to attempt another mock-exams till they achieve the required score (80%).
• After scoring 80% in mock-exam, the test-taker may take the actual certification exam.
• Scoring 80% in mock-exam is mandatory for test-takers to avail the free free re-take attempt.
• First-Attempt Pass Success Rate: >98% (based on results of test takers from 2021 till date)

Pass Surety package is valid for one year i.e. the participants must avail the re-attempt within one year of completion of training.

Question: How many questions are included in the PMP exam?

Answer: The PMP examination consists of 180 multiple-choice questions, to be completed in 3 Hours and 50 Minutes.

Question: Where is the PMP Exam conducted? 

Answer: The exam is conducted at Pearson Exam Center, or virtually at your own location (online proctored exam). Once your application is approved, you will receive a notification containing the link for choosing the exam center location and the desired date, or through proctored exam at your own location.

Question: What are the pre-requisites?

Answer: We break it down for you in three simple steps

1. Educational Requirements: 16 years of education (equivalent to bachelors degree)
2. Experience: 3 years (36 months) of project experience (being a part of a project team, working on a project)

Question: Is there an option for classroom based / on-campus session?

Answer: Only corporate trainings are conducted on site, with a minimum of 15 participants in a single batch.

Question: What is the exam cost?

Answer: For candidates from Pakistan, the PMP exam costs a total of USD 393 (USD 284 exam fee + USD 99 membership fee + USD 10 processing fee). The regular fee for PMP examination is USD 575 (non-members). Fees in other countries may be slightly higher.

Question: If I cannot complete the Training , after depositing the fee, do I get a refund?

Answer: The self-paced training program is offered in digital format. Once the access of study materials is provided, no refunds are allowed. For live training, the access to study materials is provided immediately after the payment. You can change the batch, but no refunds are allowed once the access to materials has been provided – whether or not you downloaded the materials. The access is provided for one whole year, allowing participants enough time to view recorded lectures, study the reading materials, practice the questions, and take mock-exams.
